As much as many of us would like to seize the topic of food to discuss organic products, buying local, and eating fresh, such topics hardly address how to feed the almost seven billion people presently living on our planet. We will use the topic of food to ask the difficult questions of how to feed the world, and also how to be healthy to both people and our planet.
